The goal of our laboratory is to improve energy efficiency and develop sustainable energy solutions with the utilization of thermal energy.
In particular, our research focuses on phenomena such as boiling, evaporation, multiphase flow, and adsorption. For example, we are developing cooling systems for next-generation semiconductors, where increased heat generation density is a concern, as well as high-performance methods for hydrogen production and storage as a next-generation energy carrier, and improving the performance of heat-driven adsorption heat pump and also humidity control systems.
Our laboratory conducts challenging research on the effective use of thermal energy, ultimately aiming to contribute to energy conservation and the reduction of environmental impact in society. If you are interested in our laboratory, please feel free to contact us. Let’s work together to build a sustainable future together.
