The research field of Hashizume Laboratory is materials science in extremely severe conditions related to energy such as nuclear fission and fusion, hydrogen, solar and radiation. Especially we devoted to clarifying various behaviors of hydrogen isotopes in metal and ceramic materials (dissolution, diffusion and permeation).
